That was absurd, as we never even slept, and felt unsafe in their hotel. They expected us to pay for the room in the morning, when checking out. The staff did nothing to try and make us comfortable. They did, move us to another floor, after the theft, as I was too scared to stay in the room. He threatened to call security on me, as he said I was unnecessarily alarming other guests, of the robbery. We were victimized over again by the security, as one guard told me to SHUT UP!, as I was crying and telling other guests we were robbed. He even had his coat off, as he used it to, camouflage our luggage, and parcels. It seemed strange he was able to walk out the front door with our luggage, past all the security, without looking suspious, as it was quiet in the lobby after midnight. The police was very helpful, and found a security tape of a man leaving the hotel casino with all our belongings. Upon entering, we were shocked to find all our Christmas parcels, luggage, my purse, and all other valuables gone! When security arrived, they seemed hesitant to call police, but we insisted. We returned to our room on the 10th floor, to find our door ajar.
We were robbed at the hotel, while we were downstairs having dinner and dancing.
